Regional hospital in Jicin uses for transport blood products COMET dataloggers with external probe that is placed in the transport of dry ice between bags of blood products.

This method is used when transporting products between the tapping center Jicin a processing center in Prague.

The advantage of external probes is the fast response to a change of temperature after insertion into dry ice cooling plate, unlike logger with internal sensor, wherein the temperature stabilization takes a relatively long time.
